WANI Group Holdings Launches Integrated Infrastructure Platform to Accelerate Africa’s Energy and Digital Transformation

The company will deploy an integrated ecosystem spanning distributed energy, digital connectivity, and infrastructure hardware enablement across key African markets.

Press Release

WANI Group Holdings Inc. today announced the launch of its integrated infrastructure platform designed to accelerate energy access, digital connectivity, and industrial capacity development across Africa.

Founded by Luwaju Samuel W. Wani (Mr. Wani), WANI Group brings together three complementary infrastructure platforms:

A distributed hybrid energy platform designed to deliver reliable, scalable power solutions.

Ajabu

A digital connectivity and infrastructure platform enabling enterprise, community, and satellite-based communications networks.

FIKA

A hardware, devices, and infrastructure enablement platform supporting telecommunications and energy deployment.
Together, these platforms are designed to address one of the most significant development challenges facing emerging markets: fragmented infrastructure systems.

“Infrastructure must be designed as an integrated ecosystem,” said Mr. Wani, Founder and Group CEO. “Power, connectivity, and hardware enablement must evolve together. When these systems operate in isolation, economies remain constrained. When they operate together, nations accelerate.”

WANI Group’s strategy focuses on developing infrastructure that is modular, scalable, and aligned with national development priorities. The company will initially prioritize deployment in strategic African markets where reliable energy, digital connectivity, and infrastructure development are critical to economic growth.

In addition to deploying infrastructure assets, WANI Group is committed to supporting local talent development and industrial capacity building through training programs, partnerships with technical institutions, and workforce development initiatives.

The company’s long-term vision is to build a resilient infrastructure ecosystem capable of supporting Africa’s next phase of industrial and digital transformation
